The Circadia system consists of the Smart Therapy Lamp and a contactless sleep tracker. The contactless sensors gather data on the user’s sleep patterns, which is then used to create a ‘personal light therapy’ program that idealizes the body’s internal clock. The Circadia system can also communicate with smart home devices to further optimize the sleep environment.
