Convert Combo Bike Trailer and Dolly

Jan-06-13 The Convert does double-duty as both a bicycle trailer and a dolly, simplifying the process of transporting heavy cargo by bike.

The convert features a moveable wheel axle that allows users to adjust its balance depending upon the task it is performing. In trailer mode the axle is positioned near the middle of the device to help support the load. Upon arriving at the destination, the Convert can be easily unhitched and the rear axle released, lowering the wheels to the proper position for use as a dolly without needing to unload the cargo at all.

Inventor Joshua Brassé has built a working prototype of the Convert and is currently raising funds for production through Ideacious.
