Cue Sport Sensor Takes Injury Detection Outside the Helmet

Cue Sport Sensor Takes Injury Detection Outside the Helmet
Apr-21-17
The Cue Sport Sensor can be inserted into a headband or skullcap to help detect a potential concussion.

Developed by Athlete Intelligence, the Cue Sport Sensor differs from its counterparts in that it does not need to be installed in a helmet. Rather, the slender and lightweight sensor can be fit into a cap or headband, which allows it to be used across a range of activities, including soccer and rugby. The gathered information on impact severity is transmitted to a paired device in real time, where the companion app analyzes the data for injury as well as performance.
