D*Dynamic Folding House

D*Dynamic Folding House
Nov-20-12
The D*Dynamic was based upon a mathematical puzzle, and can be ‘folded’ into eight different configuration to suit extreme climates.

Developed by D*Haus, the house design is based on the Haberdasher’s Puzzle, the basis for many of the firm’s designs. In the summer, the thick, insulated walls can be unfolded to become internal walls, allowing the glass walls to face the sun. The house can also be rotated during the day, allowing the homeowner to keep the rooms facing the sun, if desired, and energy is supplied by solar panels.
