Created by Dach, the Lunar lantern was inspired by the design and quality of light of classic kerosene lanterns. Unlike kerosene lanterns, however, the Lunar can pack down for transport and can be used either lantern mode (tabletop) or flashlight mode (handheld). The lantern boasts three different lighting styles, which are delivered by a pair of Cree LED chips that create a warmer glow than typical LEDs while also being less attractive to swarming insects.
