An innovative prototype display from Panasonic become invisible when not in use.
The OLED display is an improvement over a previous version, and consists of a fine mesh that has been embedded in a sliding glass door. The display is transparent when turned off, essentially disappearing and allowing the objects behind it to show through.
Functions could vary between transparent, opaque wallpaper, display, touch screen and locked door depending on who is using it. Authorized personnel and owners had different rights than guests. Posted by Uolevi Kattun on November 7, 2016
