Doxel Robots Monitor Contruction Progress

Jan-30-18 Doxel’s team of smart robots monitor construction projects to determine how well the job is progressing.

The autonomous robots are equipped with lidar, which they use to scan the interior of the construction project and track the status of the job. The data is then sent to the cloud, where it is analyzed using Doxel’s 3D semantic deep-learning algorithms. A single robot can scan 30,000 square meters in a week, following a predetermined path and discovering potential problems before the project progresses too far.
