Aug-02-19 The electric WaveFlyer combines the features of boats and hydrofoil crafts to offer users a smooth and eco-friendly option.

The WaveFlyer is the product of several Australian research teams, and is an evolution of an earlier electric jetski. Still in the prototype phases, the WaveFlyer is equipped with Electro Natutic’s patent-pending twin hydrofoil propulsion system that allows the craft to move above the waves—offering a smoother and quieter ride. The WaveFlyer can operate for up to thirty minutes on a single charge, and the team hopes the prototype can soon make its way into commercial production.
