Futurus Full Windshield AR Display

Dec-15-19 A new technology from Futurus looks to turn the entire windshield of the car into a virtual reality screen.

The light field projection technology would provide a 60-degree field of view, and could be used to highlight navigation directions; alert the driver to hazards; and of course, offer music, messaging and social media functions. According to the team, the Futurus system can also display entertainment on the windshield that will only be visible to the passengers, leaving the driver free to focus on the road and all its augmented details.
