Hotaru Portable Shower Provides Pressure and Efficiency

Mar-16-16 The Hotaru portable shower provides high pressure and can reuse the same water for weeks, offering a better way to shower while on the road.

Developed by the Japanese company of the same name, the Hotaru system includes a five gallon tank that also functions as the base of the shower, a privacy tent and a handheld shower head and expandable shower pole. A floor drain channels the used water to a proprietary filter that cleans it for reuse. According to the company, five gallons of water would be enough to adequately shower a family of three for two weeks.
