Designed to function without batteries, the Knops earplugs selectively block sounds via an adjustment dial that orients its acoustic filters to one of four different settings. The ‘Steps’ range from no sound blocking at all, ambient noise blocking, live music setting, and a final setting that filters out all but the loudest noises.
