LinkMe Sends Texts to Your Wrist

Mar-12-13 The LinkMe bracelet displays text messages on your wrist and lets you keep your phone in your pocket.

Currently seeking funding on Kickstarter, the LinkMe communicates with the smartphone via Bluetooth and will display SMS, Facebook or Twitter messages from selected users. The messages are displayed in red or blue letters that scroll across the LED screen. When not displaying messages, the LinkMe functions as a watch and displays the time.

The LinkMe is in the prototype phase, and the final version may include additional options such as a vibrating alert or waterproofing.
