LiquidOff joins the ranks of hydrophobic sprays with a new angle, promising to be both non-hazy and eco-friendly.
LiquidOff was developed by 23-year old Harold Stewart, who was inspired to create a hydrophobic solution that could be used on children's clothing. Unlike many of its counterparts, LiquidOff is completely water-based and non-aerosol, and is meant to be applied to fabrics and leathers—which is why it was also engineered to dry without leaving a haze on the material. Stewart won't reveal the details of LiquidOff's recipe, but will say that is it made up of "various nano particles, dispersing additives, and de-ionized water, which bonds to form our hydrophobic and oleophobic barrier."
