The Manta5 electric Hydrofoiler XE-1 lets riders pedal across the water.Nearing the final stages of development, the Hydrofoiler XE-1 electric bike can be propelled across the water either by pedaling manually or with a pedal-assist boost. The bike’s buoyancy modules will ensure the bike remains floating even while stopped, so the ride can remount in the water, and a single charge can power the Hydrofoiler for about one hour at speeds up to 12 miles per hour.
