The Muse 2 is an evolution of the team’s earlier meditation headband, and offers a wider range of metric tracking feedback. Along with auditory cues based on EEG signal readings, the Muse 2 will also monitor motion, breathing and heart rate while the onboard pulse oximeter tracks heart rhythms. These additional features offer more in-depth guidance, such as monitoring heart rhythms to guide breathing or alerting the wearer if they are shifting too much.
