Novel Liquid Captures Solar Energy

Novel Liquid Captures Solar Energy
Dec-25-19
A remarkable new liquid called norbornadiene captures 30 percent of solar energy and can store it for more than 18 years.

The liquid norbornadiene developed by a team from the Moth-Poulsen research group is made up of carbon, hydrogen and nitrogen, and is able to capture up to 30 percent of incoming solar energy. Sending the fluid through a cobalt-based catalyst will cause it to heat quickly to just below boiling, which is hot enough to be used in a radiator or water heater. The liquid can also store the captured solar energy for many years, and offers an energy density of 250 watt-hours per kilogram.

I am a sales rep with www.machineco.com
I noticed your solar cell collector using norbornadiene liquid.
Could you please send more information as to its commercial application abilities.
Thankyou
