Orée Stylograph Pen Digitizes Notes and Drawings

Aug-26-15 The Orée Stylograph pen will digitize the written word in real-time, allowing users to save their ideas on paper as well as in the cloud.

While not the first digitizing pen on the market, the Orée Stylograph may be the most attractive. The copper-bodied pen boasts a triangular shape the designers claim is more comfortable to hold, and the specialized paper is contained within a leather-covered notebook. The paper is marked with a series of barely visible lines that the pen’s micro camera detects in order to translate the ink strokes to digital information. The Orée Stylograph is also equipped with an accelerometer that can detect the pen’s angle and movement, and the data is sent to a paired iOS or Andriod app.
