Personal Blood Pressure Monitor from iHealth

Personal Blood Pressure Monitor from iHealth
Sep-23-13
The Wireless Blood Pressure Monitor from iHealth measures both blood pressure and pulse rate, making it easier for individuals to monitor and track their blood pressure health over time.

The monitor attaches to the wrist with a small cuff, and features motion sensors to help the user find the ideal wrist placement for the most accurate readings. It measures both systolic and diastolic blood pressure, using the oscillometric principle, and will also measure pulse rate. Using the iHealth app, users can create charts to track their numbers, compare their averages with World Health Organization data, and share the results instantly with family or doctors.

The monitor has received FAD clearance in the US and CE Mark approval in Europe.

Sounds convenient. Is it also that effective compared to the traditional blood pressure monitors we have in the market? I guess regardless of the type of blood pressure monitor we use, what's important is we do monitor our blood pressure daily. It really helps control our blood pressure level when we do this.
