Radius Backpack Harvests Energy with Solar Beads
Feb-19-18
The Radius backpack invention charges devices by harvesting energy via tiny solar power beads.

Created by Pauline van Dongen, the Radius pack is made up of a single piece of fabric and a strap woven with the solar beads. The harvested solar energy is sent to the attached charging cable, which can be accessed through the top of the bag. According to the designer, the unique quality of the woven beads allows the solar-powered material to blend with the knit of the pack.
