RidingToo RT1 Communicates Off the Grid

RidingToo RT1 Communicates Off the Grid
Dec-21-18
The RidingToo RT1 lets biker groups keep in touch, even off the grid.

Developed by RidingToo, the RT1 system consists of a short-wave radio-enabled host module with a line-of-sign range of up to three miles. The host is mounted on the handlebars or carried on the person, while the Bluetooth module is attached to the bar. Any messages from fellow RT1 riders can be shared via a Bluetooth-enabled device, and the system can also play music from a paired smartphone simultaneously.

Deaf-mutes could pick standard messages from the handlebar with that ring. Also, is there laser communication done with self-targeting transceivers?
