The Rokoko Smartsuit Pro offers an affordable—and professional—motion capture system ideal for independent studios.

Although motion capture is key in filmmaking and game development, the tools are typically expensive for indie creators. Providing a more affordable alternative, the Smartsuit Pro is equipped with 19 different sensors that stream the movement information over Wifi, rather than relying on wires and cameras. The data is then transmitted the Smartsuit Studio software for processing and exporting to a chosen 3D software for finalizing.

Videos and games are becoming all the time visually better, already 360-degree and soon even 3D in 360x360-degree. The viewer needs special glasses to experience the all finesses. With present widescreens and displays this is not possible. Could walls and ceiling be used to generate an impression of ambience, crowd, action and speed? Graphic can be fuzzy as viewers are looking forward to screen.
