Still in the developmental phase, the SelfieType aims to increase smartphone productivity by increasing the size of the keyboard. In contrast to the projection technology being explored by other manufacturers, the SelfieType requires no additional components. Rather, the system relies on the camera’s front camera and AI to analyze and translate the finger movements into typing commands in real-time.
