The Senstone wearable voice recorder invention lets users take voice notes on the fly.

The bottlecap-sized Senstone can be clipped to clothing or worn as a necklace or on a wristband, and is activated with a simple tap. The voice notes are uploaded to a paired phone via Bluetooth, as well as stored onboard the device. The Senstone also boasts a transcription feature, translating voice notes to text with impressive accuracy (in quiet environments).
