Smart Underwear Prevents Back Injuries

Smart Underwear Prevents Back Injuries
Aug-01-17
The mechanized smart underwear from Vanderbilt University could help prevent back injuries.

The smart underwear is made up of two pieces, with the top half attaching to the bottom with a pair of straps. The pieces are usually separate, but when the wearer plans to engage in physical activity, they can trigger the straps to attach them together electronically, either via an app or a physical tap on the chest. Once in place, the straps help to take some of the effort off the lower back.
