STABiLGO Keeps GoPro Videos Level

STABiLGO Keeps GoPro Videos Level
Jun-19-13
The STABiLGO adds an element of professionalism to GoPro videos by keeping the camera consistently level both horizontally and vertically.

Both lightweight and affordable, the STABiLGO motorized stabilizer features a high speed processor, gyroscopic sensor and two electric motors that work together to keep the camera level. It allows for 180 degrees of pitch and 270 degree of roll, and can be held easily in one hand with the grip handle or attached to the end of a tripod to create crane-like shots. According to the development team, even a first-time user can achieve excellent results.

The STABiLGO developers are currently seeking funding on Kickstarter.

I am a video producer in Barrie, Ontario, just north of Toronto, with about twenty five years of broadcast and corporate video experience both in Canada and Europe.
I have been asked to volunteer my time this summer to shoot a documentary about a young deaf girl who is training to swim across both Lake Ontario and Lake Erie to raise money for Cystic Fibrosis research; a disease that threatens both her brother and my (step) daughter.
I want to shoot much of the action footage with a GoPro from a zodiac inflatable, and your STABiLGO sounds like the ideal device to use for that purpose. Would such a use qualify for your field beta testing?
