Swing Door Lock For Visually Impaired

Swing Door Lock For Visually Impaired
Feb-05-17
Designed with the visually impaired in mind, the Swing Door Lock features a locking system integrated into the handle.

The Swing Door Lock concept was created by student Byoung-Keuk Kim, who was inspired by the motions of a safe mechanism. Touching the front of the handle will activate the locking mechanism, allowing the user to pull the handle out a bit and expose the dial of numbers. The user can then enter the passcode by turning the handle to indicate the appropriate number.
