The biēm Turns Butter into a Spray

The biēm Turns Butter into a Spray
Mar-09-16
The biēm device turns regular, cold butter into an easy-to-use spray, without the use of aerosols or other chemicals.

Once a stick of butter has been loaded into the device, the biēm will heat the top of layer of the butter to 95 degrees—just enough to melt it. The butter can then be sprayed onto the food or pan as desired, while the remainder of the stick remains unmelted. An accelerometer in the device detects when it has been picked up, automatically triggering the heating element to turn on or off, and the butter is melted and ready for use in just seconds.
