Transparent Screen Makes it Safe to Text and Walk

Feb-10-12 The Transparent Screen app makes it safer to use a cell phone while walking, projecting a image of your path just under the regular cell phone functions.

The app uses the phone's built in camera to record an image of the obstacles and route directly ahead, and the image's transparency can be adjusted depending on the user's preference. Currently some users report a bit of lag in transmission, but generally the Transparent Screen app makes it easier to avoid lamp posts while updating your Facebook status.
