how do you clean this cutting board?

@bill - you would treat it as you do any other cutting board and clean it by hand with minimal water/soap. We suggest removing the drawers and all the metal components (which can be placed in dishwasher) and then separating the board and drawers for a rinse in the sink. Let to dry thoroughly.
We'll be including handling & caring instructions in each board we send out.
