Vizibelt Lights Up Night Travellers

Oct-09-12 Cyclists may feel a bit safer at night with the Vizibelt, an LED belt meant to increase visibility for bikers or any commuter out on the roads after dark.

Currently seeking funding on Indiegogo, the Vizibelt has a larger surface area than other bike lights and also provides side visibility. It includes two LED lights within a plastic light-carrying tube and is available in three colors—green, orange or blue. Powered by two button batteries, the battery life is comparable to that of conventional bike safety lights.


Cyclist safety is of increasing importance as more people are choosing to save money by biking to work and errands.
