A Cutting Tool

The present invention provides a cutting tool (10) which comprising a drill bit (12) having an integrated deburring tool (14) or tip which is displaceable between an extended and retracted position in order to enable both drilling and deburring operations to be carried out using a single tool, and which incorporates a number of features to increase the speed at which the deburring tip extends and retracts.
