Device and Method for Adaptive Control of Blank's Machining

Invention refers to devices, especially to computer numerical control (CNC) machines, and to the method for adaptive machining of parts using adaptive control system with fuzzy logic principles, especially to the device and method, which adaptively controls technological parameters according to surface roughness of machined part. Device is characterized in that it further comprises profilometer (10), which is connected to computer numerical control machine (9) and which is provided for acquiring values of surface roughness (Sa) of part machined in computer numerical control machine (9), and adaptive control unit (12), which works on fuzzy logic principles. Additionally, invention refers to method for adaptive control of machining using fuzzy logic.
