Method for Diaphragm Wall Construction, and Device for Reinforcement and Concreting

The invention is meant for structures and construction technology of the underground parts of the buildings, tunnels, warfs and deep foundations. The method contain the continuously digging of the trench, fastening of its walls, lifting-out of the soil, reinforcing and concreting work. The reinforcement mats before concreting are continuously inserting in the wall in a horizontal direction from vertical rolls located on the bearings. The device contains the digging and soil lifting modulus, driving and steering modulus, the reinforcing and concreting modulus made in a shape of a horizontal moved slipform where in a separate partition the vertical reinforcement rolls are located. In the concrete mix in the backside of the partition two vertical sealed gaps are located for the reinforcement mat's introduction. In the reinforcing and concreting modulus the concreting chamber could be located asymmetrical at one wall of the slipform, but the reinforcement chamber and a gap for the mat introducing in the concrete could be located at the opposite wall of the slipform.
