Analog System for Generating Quadrature Signals

The system comprises at least one injection-tuned oscillator (O1) and at least one analog multiplier (Mx1) with an output (Mx1s1) connected to the input (O1e) of said oscillator (O1) for supplying it with an injection signal (V inj) resulting from the multiplication of the signals present at the inputs of the analog multiplier (Mx1e1 and Mx1e2), one of which (Mx1e1) is connected to the first or only output (O1s1) of said oscillator (O1). Said injection-tuned oscillator (O1) is designed to generate, once said injection signal (V inj) has been received, an analog output signal (V out) having a relative phase shift of substantially 90 DEG with respect to the analog signal received via the second input (Mx1e2) of the analog multiplier (Mx1). In a basic configuration the system proposed is an ordinary quadrature generator and, in more sophisticated configurations, it forms a system for generating four-phase quadrature signals.
