Lost pattern casting model comprises one or multiple segments, where each segment is made of a plastic film of predetermined hardness. Each segment is hollow. The plastic film has a thickness of greater than or equal to 10mu to less than or equal to 1 mm, particularly 20-150mu . The film has predetermined gas permeability. An independent claim is also included for a method for casting of cast parts, which involves producing one or multiple lost pattern casting models, which are shaped in a flask by unbound or bound resin.
