Use of Nibp Polypeptides

Methods for regulating NF-?B activation in cells comprising introducing into the cell a vector comprising a nucleic acid sequence encoding a NIK and IKK2 Binding Protein (NIBP) polypeptide, wherein the NIBP polypeptide is expressed in the cell, are provided. Also provided are methods for reversing the cancerous phenotype of a cancer cell and for modulating neuronal differentiation.
