Electromagnetic Microsystem for Manipulating Magnetic Micro- Or Nanopearls

The invention relates to an electromagnetic microsystem for manipulating magnetic micro- or nanopearls in a fluid. Based on this, possibilities for specific manipulation of such micro- or nanopearls are specified. For this purpose, the electromagnetic microsystem comprises at least one microelectromagnet (3), which is arranged on a substrate (30) and which attracts the magnetic micro- or nanopearls (1) upon excitation and thus enables the movement of the magnetic micro- or nanopearls.
