This is an invention of an Artificially Intelligent Administrator of Business Operations which has been accorded Patent No. 10467571 by the US Patent Office. The Patent is in the category of software to build a computerized system that operates 24x7 in real time and behaves as a member of the staff at user organisation to robotically administer business processes and other activities of their business operations. Generation of “Feedback” automatically from within itself about what and how to conduct the next business process under variable conditions is a kind of AI which the system is taught with a built-in automated mechanism by prompting user organisation at the time of installation to feed the necessary AI information about their business operation policy and rules to the system. This AI information is embedded in its own dataset enabling generation of “Feedback” for conducting the next business activity automatically under variable condition prevailing at that point in time by updating its dataset dynamically. Another part of AI is sought during live operation of the system from the relevant authorities of user organisation about the steps to be taken if human operators fail to complete a job within normal time limit, by automatically counting the elapsed time and communicating with them through the same Human Interface Gateway module.
The automated robotic system, therefore, is placed in a very advantageous position because it knows what to do and how to conduct the next business activity under variable conditions at the earliest opportunities during 24x7 real time operation fully automatically devoid of any prompt or interference from human operators and without need for any break or holiday. This advantage gives it a superior power than humans in either automatically doing some processing jobs by itself instantly with installed automated processing programs or robotically dictating human operators involved in the business processes to do the job at the earliest opportunities and then monitoring, reporting and controlling their performance by counting elapsed time and communicating with higher authorities whenever needed with the minimum of time lag in 24x7 real time. This is not possible by human administrators and supervisors with natural biological and social barriers and, therefore, pioneers a radical change in the history of computing.

Specifically an example of a business operation can be “Sell a product or products” that may have the following structured sequence of business activities:
1. (1) Receive an order (Event).
2. (2) Check stock against order (Process with variable outcome e.g. In stock or Not in
(3) If in stock, then subsequent business activities such as updating accounting database, invoicing, packing and dispatching.
(4) If not in stock then subsequent business activities such as updating accounting database, communicating to customer etc.
Each process is either performed automatically by the system itself with an installed computer program such as “Check stock against order” or by dictating concerned human operators with an alert to perform the process manually such as “Pack and dispatch” and then monitoring and controlling their performance by counting elapsed time and communicating automatically with the designated authorities if processing is not completed within normal time limit via Human Interface Gateway Module.
