Robotic Computerized System Revolutionizing Machine-Man Interaction

Preface:
It is now a well known fact that with the current trend in the advancement of automation, artificial intelligence and robotics, future world will be dominated by computer based robotics which will be the main driving force in managing the activities of businesses. However, although we have experienced a lot of applications of artificial intelligence and robotics with stunning results showing astonishing achievements, none of them has yet shown as capable of being the main driving force in automatically managing activities of the users involving both human operators and computers.

This invention is the first such endeavour towards that epoch making goal and is very crucial because if such transformation of machine-man interaction becomes a highly desirable and beneficial reality in future, then this patent will strategically be placed in a very distinctive place as the first “Prior Art” in the patent chronology for this type of robotic systems.

Yet, even at today’s time this invention is very practicable and will be highly beneficial for any organisation in driving and managing processes of an organization involving man and machine robotically with improved efficiency, considerable savings in manpower cost and higher profitability.

Brief Description:
This patent is for the invention of an extraordinary software in a hitherto totally unknown field of computerized systems.  This system is designed to work in a mode not yet seen in the computing technology by operating 24x7 in real time taking full responsibility of driving and managing the activities including those of the concerned human operators involved in the business processes of any organization private or governmental. Existing online computerized systems work according to the rules set by the user organization mainly for computational help and other requirements but not as the primary driver of the activities involving both man and machine.

This invention is the first such endeavour towards that epoch making goal and is very crucial because if such transformation of machine-man interaction becomes
a highly desirable and beneficial reality in future, then this patent will strategically be placed in a very distinctive place as the first “Prior Art” in the patent chronology for this type of robotic systems.

The prime characteristics of this robotic computerized system are:
- “Machine” based computerized system replaces “Man” as the main driving force in carrying out processes of any organisation Involving both Man and Machine.
- Startling use of the age-old “Principle of Servomechanism” that was used for automation of machines first time. The principle works as a “Closed Loop Self Generated Feedback Control System” which is suitably adapted for self propelling and automatically working of this non-mechanical computerized system without any need for human prompt and command.
- This technique imparts the capability of acting like a “Robot” to the computerized system in controlling the activities of the concerned human operators.
- Controlling includes directing as well as vigilance by monitoring the activities of the concerned human operators and necessary actions thereafter.
- Every operation under the perimeter of this software is driven solely by this robotic system. Human operators role is limited to inform the automated system about any relevant external event and carry out any action as directed by the automated system. However, in unusual circumstances requiring more intelligence about how to  proceed, the necessary advice or recommendation is sought from the designated higher human authorities of the concerned organisation via private link. But even then  it is the “machine” based system and NOT “man” that still drives the next actions on the basis of response received from higher authorities.
- We know of mechanical robots doing human like activities and in future robots with Artificial Intelligence may be doing vigilance on humans in various ways. This invention is capable of doing vigilance on human operator’s activities within its remits even today in managing the processes involving human operators of the organization.

Applicability:
This patent is applicable to any software house engaged in software business relating to business areas such as ERP or strategic patent buyers.
