PROCEDURE AND SPEED AND POSITION DETECTION EQUIPMENT OF A RAILROAD VEHICLE

Procedure and equipment for detecting the position and speed of a railway vehicle comprising: high-resolution video cameras and high capture rate incorporated in the train to capture the image of the track and elements liabilities of the same; optical processors connected to the camera or cameras, based on artificial intelligence technologies and deep neural networks to determine the speed and position of the train, preferably: a signal detector, a character reader and an optical flow meter; a screen, which shows a representation of the processed information: a communication module for sending data to the screen and/or to other remote devices of railway traffic control centers.
