Animal Model for Benign Prostate Hyperplasia

Summary The invention provides transgenic mouse models of benign prostate hyperplasia. These animals are useful in toxicity screens, as well as in assays aimed at the development of drugs to prevent prostate hyperplasia in mammals, including humans.
