GFT NMR Spectra for Rapid Assignment and Secondary Structure Determination of Proteins

This invention describes the application of two previous inventions (5770 GFT NMR Spectroscopy and 5655 RD NMR Spectroscopy) to form a suite of four experiments. These improve measurement accuracy, as well as reduce NMR sampling time. They also all ow highly efficient assignment of backbone and 13Cß chemical shifts through just four experiments, while recruiting four chemical shifts to establish sequential connectivities.
