Aromatic Proton Relaxation Optimized Protein NMR Spectroscopy

In recent years, rapid NMR data collection has emerged as a pivotal area of research in structural biology. This invention describes the implementation of a longitudinal relaxation of aromatic protons (which increases the sensitivity of NMR experime nts). This invention also allows one to collect information approximately 4x faster. This disclosure can be applied to obtaining aromatic chemical shifts, and 4D correlations of these shifts for proteins. "This new methodology will play an importa nt role in future high-throughput NMR structure determination protocols."
