RL12, RL1, RL13, RL2 Monoclonal Antibodies

RL1, mouse monoclonal IgM that recognizes a group of eight O-linked glycoproteins of the nuclear pore complex, is a specific marker for the nuclear pore complex in species from yeast to humans; RL2, mouse monoclonal antibody that recognizes O-linked N-acetylglucosamine on a large number of cellular proteins, including the 8 nuclear pore complex glycoproteins recognized by RL1, is useful for general detection of proteins modified by O-linked N-acetylglucosamine; RL13, mouse monoclonal IgG recognizing LAP1, an integral membrane protein of the inner nuclear membrane.
