Description (Set) Proposed Use (Set) The cell lines described in this invention can be used in screens for novel molecules that target the CHK2 pathway in human cancer cells or to confirm the specificity of drugs discovered through other approaches. Such drugs can potentially be used as chemotherapeutic or chemopreventive agents.
