Abstract (Set) Single oncogenic point mutation in codon 12 of K-Ras was "knocked in" to the commercially available MCF-l0A cell line and two other hTERT immortalized human breast epithelial cell lines. Description (Set) Proposed Use (Set) The cell lines described in this invention can be used in screens for novel molecules targeting the K-Ras pathway in human cancer cells or to confirm the specificity of drugs discovered through other approaches. Such drugs can potentially be used as chemotherapeutic or chemopreventive agents
