Description (Set) Proposed Use (Set) The ability to identify these proteins in post-mortem human tissues allows examination of the level of the changes in levels of receptor sub-types that occur in a variety of neurological and psychiatric diseases. This method is superior to auto radiography in that it is more sensitive and quantitative , and allows for discrimination between receptor sub-types.
