Solar Panel, Manufacturing Method Therefor, Solar Cell Module, and Solar Panel Manufacturing Device

Disclosed are a solar panel having high reliability and productivity with improved insulation properties and moisture resistance at the peripheral edges, a solar cell module, a solar cell manufacturing method, and a solar cell manufacturing device. The solar panel (1) is equipped with a solar cell element (11), a surface protecting section (10) that is positioned on the surface of the solar cell element (11) and which protects the solar cell element (11), and an underside surface protecting section (13) that is positioned on the underside surface of the solar cell element (11) and which protects the solar cell element (11). Additionally, said solar panel (1) is equipped with a peripheral edge casing section (16) that is adhered to the peripheral edge (14) made up of the edge face (10b) of the surface protecting section (10) and the edge face (13b) of the underside surface protecting section. The peripheral edge casing section (16) is made from a hot-melt adhesive (16m) (see figure 4A to figure 4C).
