The device has a microcomputer (1) with a data storage (2) and humidity and temperature sensors (3, 4) for measuring of different storage and transport conditions of goods. A transmitting and receiving device is provided for near field communication with an antenna of a radio-frequency identification transponder, where the microcomputer and the transmitting and receiving device are arranged on an interconnect device. The microcomputer carries out an evaluation with respect to the conditions of the goods, where results of the microcomputer is displayed in a bistable display (7).
