Use of photosensitizer for cleaning air, water or contaminated surfaces and in filters, where the photosensitizer is covalently linked and/or linked over physical interaction to surface and activated
Use of photosensitizer (20) for cleaning air, water or contaminated surfaces (10), is claimed, where: the photosensitizers are covalently linked and/or linked over a physical interaction to a surface and this surface is introduced in the polluted air and/or water volume or the photosensitizers are covalently linked and/or linked over a physical interaction to the surfaces that are to be cleaned; the photosensitizers are activated by visible light so that singlet-oxygen is formed by energy transfer. An independent claim is included for the photosensitizer containing Forster-donor and Forster-acceptor and forms a FRET system.
